1、首先檢查電源插頭是否插好。如果未插上或接觸不良則更換插座;如果是由于安裝不當造成的損壞可重新安裝接線板和連接管件等附件進行排除。
2、打開燃氣閥芯上的密封膠墊(一般位于燃燒器與噴嘴之間),用手指按壓閥門開關(guān)數(shù)次以確定其內(nèi)部壓力大小及是否有漏氣現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。如無異常情況說明是管路系統(tǒng)堵塞造成的水路不通暢所致的熱水不熱問題,此時只需將進水口處的濾網(wǎng)拆掉即可解決該故障。
3、當水流量正常且出水溫度達到設(shè)定值時若仍出現(xiàn)水溫低的問題應(yīng)先查看是否是采暖系統(tǒng)的溫控器的感溫元件出現(xiàn)問題導(dǎo)致無法控制供暖水的加熱功率而導(dǎo)致的室溫過低的情況發(fā)生。這時需對溫控器和管道內(nèi)的水流傳感器進行檢查維修處理方可解決問題。
4、在以上幾種情況下均未能找到原因的話則需要考慮是不是鍋爐本身的控制系統(tǒng)出了問題而導(dǎo)致的不熱問題了。這種情況一般是因水泵、換熱器等部件出現(xiàn)了老化或者磨損所引起的運行不穩(wěn)定從而導(dǎo)致了供熱效果差的現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。(建議請專業(yè)的人員上門檢修。)
