申花鍋爐開機e2故障處理方法
當壁掛爐發生故障時,系統會通過顯示屏及時顯示出相關故障圖標及故障代碼,此時壁掛爐將停止運行,需按要求進行操作或請求技術支持。具體處理方法如下。
e1缺水故障 ?
壁掛爐缺水或水壓過低
故障排除:關閉壁掛爐并關閉電源,逆時針旋轉注水/補水閥補水, 觀察操作面板上的水壓表,當水壓表指針指在1-1.5bar范圍時,順時針旋緊注水/補水閥。然后接通電源,按動“復位”鍵,重新啟動壁掛爐。
e2點火失敗 ?
點火失敗或中途停氣
故障排除:
1、首先檢查燃氣閥門是否打開,再按啟電源開關;
2、檢查燃氣壓力表指針是否在燃燒器點火范圍之內,如火焰沒熄,或燃氣表電池沒電,請及時更換電池;
3、等5m 燃氣壓力正常后,重新啟動壁掛爐。

2、燃氣壓力過低
3、管道內有空氣
3、點火針與火蓋之間的距離不對,或點火針的距離不對;
4、電磁閥未開;
5、氣閥未開;
6、控制器或燃燒器堵塞;

8、控制器與比例閥接線不良;
9、點火針位置不當;
10、風門密封不良;
11、點火針與點火針距離不對;
12、采暖水溫太高,過熱裝置起保護;
13、冬夏季節天冷,加熱指示燈閃;
13、運行中風門突然關閉;
15、水箱熱膨脹,打開水箱門,用手觸摸門開關,有時有輕微“啪”的聲響;
14、燃燒器的風門極性突然關閉;
15、風門拉線也對應不同,檢查排除;
以上所說的是發生故障不屬于上述現象;
14、某一線段直接控制動作。
